Note: The grilling times listed above were thoroughly tested. The timing depends on a few variables such as the cut of steak, type of barbecue used, temperature of barbecue and weather.

Cook’s Note: Enjoy prime rib or top sirloin cooked to any doneness. Other roasts should not be cooked beyond medium for best results.
